He worked his way through college and law school as an adjuster/investigator handling maritime, cargo, Jones Act, and general liability claims.
Mr. Arnold is the former president of Arnold and Arnold, Inc., an adjusting firm specializing in marine and aviation claims. At one point in time when he was running the firm, they had six offices and thirty employees.
Mr. Arnold began practicing law in 1980. His law practice has primarily been on the plaintiff’s side, where he has continued to handle personal injury and insurance-related cases.
The firm’s practice areas include major personal injury from auto and trucking accidents, products liability, unsafe premises, medical malpractice, and nursing home litigation.
On the insurance side, the firm handles wrongful denial of insurance claims for policyholders. The firm represents both individual consumers and small businesses.
